Use of the bathhouse and sauna area is also possible on the day of departure after check-out.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. There are designated areas with ashtrays on the balconies and terraces of the rooms, flats, restaurant and bathhouse.

Dogs are allowed on request. The cost is € 25 per dog/day without food. Your dog will receive a small welcome gift.

Out of consideration for other guests and to give your dog some relaxation, we ask you to leave your dog in the room/apartment during meal times (breakfast 07.30 - 10.00 am & dinner 6.00 - 9.00 pm). If the dog cannot stay alone, it may come with you to our restaurant.

A deposit of 25% is required immediately after booking. We ask for the remaining payment up to 6 weeks before arrival. On request, we will waive the final payment requirement..

You can pay on site in cash, by debit card or credit card.

The local tax is currently EUR 4.00 per person per night. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the local tax. The exemption always depends on the year of birth (current year minus 16).

We would like to point out that no free cancellation is possible in the event of illness before the start of the trip. We therefore strongly recommend that you book a cancellation or travel insurance! For example, Europäische Reiseversicherung also includes Covid-19 illnesses in its products. You can easily book this insurance yourself via this link or contact us if you need help.

If a special room number or view is required, we will do our best to fulfil your request. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the realization of your request until the day of arrival.
