You are welcome to use the bathhouse and sauna area on the day of departure, even after check-out.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas with ashtrays are available on the balconies and terraces of the rooms and apartments, as well as those of the restaurant and the bathhouse.

Dogs are allowed on request at a cost of €27 per day (food not included). As a welcome, your dog will receive a small gift with samples of PLATINUM premium dog food. A food and water bowl as well as a dog bed will be ready and waiting in your room or apartment when you arrive.

Out of consideration for other guests and to give your dog some rest, we kindly ask you to leave them in your room or apartment during mealtimes (breakfast 7:30–10:00 am, dinner 6:00–9:00 pm). If your dog can't be left alone, they are of course welcome to join you in the restaurant.

A deposit of 25 % is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due six weeks before arrival – on request, this can also be waived.

On site, you can pay in cash, by debit card or by credit card.

The local tourist tax is currently €4.00 per person per night. Children under 16 are exempt. The exemption is based on year of birth, i.e. the current year minus 16.

• Free cancellation up to 31 days before arrival
• 70 % cancellation fee from 30 to 8 days before arrival
• 90 % cancellation fee from 7 days to 1 day before arrival
• 100 % cancellation fee in the event of a no-show

Please note that free cancellation is not possible in the event of illness before your arrival. We therefore strongly recommend taking out cancellation or travel insurance, for example with Europäische Reiseversicherung.

As we support low-emission travel, we can arrange a free transfer to and from Ötztal station for you on request.

We'll be happy to help you plan your transfer from the nearby airports to our resort. You can travel by private taxi or by a more affordable shared taxi. When booking online, simply enter "Oetz" as your destination.
