Yes, fast, reliable and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Feelfree Nature Resort. So you'll always stay perfectly connected!
Are pets, especially dogs, allowed?
Yes, well-behaved dogs are very welcome in selected rooms and apartments. Please let us know when booking that you'll be travelling with a dog, as a fee applies and access to certain areas of the resort may be restricted.
As a welcome, your dog will receive a small gift with samples of PLATINUM premium dog food. A food and water bowl as well as a dog bed will be ready and waiting in your room or apartment when you arrive.
Are there accessible rooms or special facilities for guests with reduced mobility?
Please contact us before booking so we can discuss the availability of accessible accommodation and the accessibility of our facilities with you. We always strive to make every guest's stay as pleasant as possible.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is generally possible from 2:00 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your accommodation by 10:00 am. If you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, please contact our reception. We'll be happy to try to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Does the Feelfree Nature Resort have a spa?
Yes, our spa is very spacious. It includes several pools, four saunas (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, herbal sauna and Swiss stone pine sauna), a steam bath, infrared cabins and cosy relaxation rooms. We also offer soothing massages – pure relaxation for you.
How many pools does the Feelfree Nature Resort have?
The Feelfree Nature Resort has a total of four pools:
- Rooftop outdoor infinity pool (16 m): heated rooftop pool with incomparable panoramic views and whirlpool loungers.
- Indoor infinity pool (10 m): heated to approx. 32 °C, with large panoramic windows and a soothing atmosphere. It flows seamlessly into the outdoor pool. In summer, the sliding lock stays open so you can swim through both pools (26 m).
- Children's pool with water slide and play area: designed especially for families with young children, also heated and connected to the surroundings through large windows.
- Natural swimming pond (approx. 300 m²): biologically cleaned and ideal for a natural cool-down or a relaxing break in the greenery. In winter, it even invites you to try ice bathing.
Is it possible to use the spa as a day guest?
Yes, you can also use our spa as a day guest without staying overnight. Advance registration is required, as our hotel guests have priority.
You can book either a day pass (Day Spa, 2:00–9:00 pm) or an evening pass (Evening Spa, 6:00–9:00 pm). Both options include access to the 26 m infinity pool, the sauna area with four saunas and a steam bath, and the relaxation rooms with panoramic views. That way, you can enjoy the same relaxing atmosphere as our hotel guests.
What activities and leisure options are there in the Ötztal in summer?
The Ötztal is a paradise for hiking, mountain biking, road cycling, rafting and canyoning, climbing, swimming in Lake Piburg and much more.
What activities and leisure options are there in the Ötztal in winter?
The Ötztal is perfect for skiing and snowboarding, for example in the nearby ski areas of Hochoetz-Kühtai, Gurgl or the Sölden glacier ski area. Cross-country skiing, snowshoe hiking and tobogganing are also popular activities that let you discover the valley's winter landscape.
What activities are there for children in summer?
There are plenty of activities for children, including the supervised WIDI Kids Club with a daily adventure programme, the WIDIVERSUM Hochoetz with puzzle and adventure stations in the mountains, and a children's pool with a slide. Indoor play rooms, an adventure playground and family-friendly nature and water experiences also invite kids to explore.
What is included in the room or apartment rate?
The room rate includes the pools, the natural swimming pond, the sauna area and the kids' adventure room. In summer, you can also join the guided activity programme free of charge. In winter, you can borrow sledges and snowshoes for free and use a heated ski and boot depot in Hochoetz.
Can I also use the wellness area on the day of arrival and departure?
Yes, you can use the pools and sauna area free of charge on your arrival and departure days, even before check-in and after check-out.
Are there adults-only times in the bathhouse?
Yes, from 6:00 pm the bathhouse and its pools are reserved exclusively for adults.
Is there a ski bus to the ski areas in the Ötztal?
Yes, the free ski bus stops right outside the resort and takes you to the Acherkogelbahn valley station in just a few minutes. You can buy your ski passes at reception.
