Since 2019 Lorenzo has been at the helm of the kitchen at Feelfree Nature Resort, significantly contributing to the restaurant's outstanding reputation. His approach to cooking is both innovative and sustainable, with a focus on using fresh ingredients, making many items from scratch, and reinterpreting Tyrolean cuisine with a modern twist. A true Ötztaler by birth, Lorenzo takes great pride in showcasing his homeland’s flavors, skillfully blending regional and international influences to create elegant culinary experiences.
