WHAT IS THE FEELFREE NATURE RESORT?
The Feelfree Nature Resort in Oetz is a 4-star nature and activity resort in the heart of the Tyrolean Alps, designed like a small mountain village. It offers stylish chalets, flats and suites in natural timber construction as well as a wide range of leisure activities with guided bike and hiking tours, rafting, a large spa area with infinity pool, saunas and natural bathing pond. Families benefit from the children's club, playgrounds and adventure programmes, while gourmets can enjoy regional cuisine in the in-house restaurant or self-catering on request - all just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Oetz.

The Feelfree Nature Resort is located in the middle of untouched nature in Oetz in Ötztal, Tyrol, Austria, surrounded by mountains, forests, the powerful Ötztaler Ache river and the beautiful lake Piburg. WHICH TYPES of accommodation are there?
The Feelfree Nature Resort in Oetz offers various types of accommodation, all designed in Alpine style with high-quality furnishings. Guests can choose between chalets, suites, lodges and flats - each with their own kitchen, balcony or terrace and with a choice of breakfast or half board. The chalets offer plenty of space and privacy, ideal for families or groups, while the suites and lodges offer cosy comfort for couples or small families. All accommodation is embedded in nature and spread over several detached wooden houses in the style of a Tyrolean mountain village.
Arrival & Parking
What is the best way to travel to Feelfree Nature Resort?
You can reach us easily by car via the Inntal motorway (A12), exit Ötztal. From there it is only a few minutes' drive to Oetz. Alternatively, the nearest railway station is Ötztal-Bahnhof, from where we offer a free shuttle service. The nearest airport is Innsbruck (INN), Munich (MUC) or Zurich (ZRH).
IS THERE A SHUTLLE-SERVICE?
On request we can organise a shuttle from the nearest train station free of charge. This is Ötztal Bahnhof - please let us know in good advance. If you are travelling by plane, you are welcome to contact us and we will help you organise a taxi (subject to a charge).
Are there any parking spaces at the hotel? Also for electric cars?
Yes, there are plenty of free car parking spaces available for our guests directly at the Feelfree Nature Resort. We also offer charging stations (e-charging stations) for electric cars so that you can arrive and depart in an environmentally friendly and uncomplicated way.

Is wifi available throughout the Nature Resort and free of charge?
Yes, throughout the Nature Resort, including all rooms and public areas, you have access to free, fast and stable wifi. So you're always connected!
Are pets, especially dogs, allowed?
Yes, in selected rooms and apartments, well-behaved dogs are welcome at our resort. Please indicate when booking that you will be arriving with a dog, as there is a small additional charge and certain areas of the hotel may be restricted. We ask you to be considerate of other guests.
Dogs receive a small welcome gift with samples of PLATINUM premium dog food. Food and water bowls and a dog bed are provided in the room/apartment.
Are there accessible rooms or special facilities for guests with limited mobility?
Please contact us in advance of your booking to discuss availability and details regarding accessible rooms and the accessibility of our facilities. We strive to make the stay as pleasant as possible for all our guests.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 2 pm. We kindly request that you leave your room by 10 am on the day of departure (check-out). If you would like to arrive earlier or depart later, please contact our reception desk and we will try to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Food & Restaurant
Is there a restaurant in the hotel? What kind of cuisine is offered?
Yes, our in-house restaurant will treat you with culinary delights. We value regional specialities, fresh, seasonal and local products from Tyrol. In addition to traditional dishes, we also offer light, international cuisine and are happy to consider vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free requests (please specify when booking). Enjoy the variety!
What meal options are available?
Depending on the type of accommodation, you can choose between breakfast only, half board or self-catering in a fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast includes a rich vitality breakfast buffet with regional and healthy specialities. If you opt for half board, you will also receive a 4-course menu in the evening with a starter buffet, main courses (meat, fish, vegetarian/vegan) and dessert – also available for special diets on request. And if you prefer to remain flexible, you can cook for yourself in your accommodation – the kitchen is well equipped.
Spa & Activities
Does Feelree Nature Resort have a spa area?
Absolutely! The spa area is very generous. It includes several pools, four saunas (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, herbal sauna and Swiss stone pine sauna), a steam bath, infrared cabins and cosy relaxation rooms. We also offer soothing massages and beauty treatments. Pure relaxation awaits you!
How many pools are there at Feelfree Nature Resort?
It has a total of four pools
Rooftop outdoor infinity pool (16 m): heated outdoor area on the roof, with incomparable panoramic views and whirlpool loungers.
Indoor infinity pool (10 m): also heated to approx. 32 °C, with large panoramic windows and a soothing atmosphere. This pool flows seamlessly into the rooftop infinity pool. In summer, the sliding door remains open so that you can swim through both pools (26 m).
Children's pool with water slide and play area: especially for families with small children, also heated and connected to the surroundings by large windows.
Natural swimming pond: In addition to the classic pools, there is also a natural swimming pond (approx. 300 m²), biologically cleaned and ideal for natural cooling off or a rest in the countryside. In winter, you can go ice swimming in it.
Local tax
The local tax is currently EUR 4.00 per person per night. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the local tax. The exemption always depends on the year of birth (current year minus 16).
Can external guests also use the spa?
Yes, the Feelfree Nature Resort in Oetz also allows external guests to use the Day Spa without staying overnight.
Advance booking is required, as the quality experience for resort guests is a priority.
You can book either a day pass (Day Spa, 2.00 pm to 9.00 pm.) or an evening pass (Evening Spa, 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm). Both options include access to the 26-metre infinity pool, the sauna area with five saunas and a steam bath, and the relaxation rooms with panoramic views – exactly the relaxing atmosphere of the resort's wellness area.
From 6 pm onwards, only adults are allowed in the bathhouse (pools).
