The Feelfree Nature Resort in Oetz is a 4-star nature and activity resort in the heart of the Tyrolean Alps, designed like a small mountain village. It offers stylish chalets, apartments and suites built in natural timber construction, as well as a wide range of leisure activities: guided bike and hiking tours, rafting and a large spa area with an infinity pool, saunas and a natural swimming pond. Families can enjoy the kids' club, adventure playgrounds and activity programmes. Food lovers will be delighted by the regional cuisine in our in-house restaurant. Self-catering is also available. The Feelfree Nature Resort in Oetz offers various types of accommodation, all designed in alpine style and with high-quality furnishings. Guests can choose between chalets, suites, lodges and apartments – each with its own kitchen, balcony or terrace, and with breakfast or half board as an option.

The chalets offer plenty of space and privacy and are ideal for families or groups. The suites and lodges provide cosy comfort and are particularly suitable for couples or small families. All accommodation is nestled in nature and spread across several detached wooden houses in the style of a Tyrolean mountain village.

Our chalets are low-energy houses built from regional timber. Power comes from our photovoltaic system and 100% renewable energy, and a groundwater heat pump provides emission-free heating. We avoid single-use plastic, for example with refillable water bottles in the rooms.

You can easily reach us by car via the Inntal motorway (A12), exit Ötztal. From there, it's just a few minutes' drive to Oetz. Alternatively, you can travel by train to Ötztal station, from where we can arrange a free shuttle for you on request. The nearest airport is Innsbruck (INN); Munich (MUC) and Zurich (ZRH) are also easily accessible.

Yes, there is plenty of free parking available directly at the Feelfree Nature Resort. We also offer charging stations for electric cars, so you can arrive and depart in an environmentally friendly and hassle-free way.

The room rate includes the pools, the natural swimming pond, the sauna area and the kids' adventure room. In summer, you can also join the guided activity programme free of charge. In winter, you can borrow sledges and snowshoes for free and use a heated ski and boot depot in Hochoetz.

Yes, well-behaved dogs are very welcome in selected rooms and apartments. Please let us know when booking that you'll be travelling with a dog, as a fee applies and access to certain areas of the resort may be restricted.

As a welcome, your dog will receive a small gift with samples of PLATINUM premium dog food. A food and water bowl as well as a dog bed will be ready and waiting in your room or apartment when you arrive.

Check-in is generally possible from 2:00 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your accommodation by 10:00 am. If you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, please contact our reception. We'll be happy to try to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Yes, our in-house restaurant will spoil you with culinary delights. We place great importance on regional specialities and fresh, seasonal produce, which we often source directly from Tyrol.

In addition to traditional dishes, we also offer light international cuisine and are happy to cater for vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free dietary requirements. Please let us know about these when booking.

Depending on the type of accommodation, you can choose between breakfast, gourmet half board or self-catering. For breakfast, a generous vitality breakfast buffet with regional and healthy specialities awaits you.

If you opt for half board, you'll also enjoy a 4-course dinner in the evening with a starter buffet, a choice of main courses with meat, fish or vegetarian/vegan options, and dessert. On request, we are also happy to cater for special dietary needs. And if you prefer to stay flexible, simply cook for yourself in the fully equipped kitchen of your accommodation.

The breakfast buffet is served daily from 7:30 to 10:00 am, and dinner is served from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.

Yes, everyone is welcome at our Restaurant Achwirt, including locals and holidaymakers from all over the Ötztal. It's open daily from 5:30 to 10:00 pm, and the best way to book a table in advance is via the link below!

Yes, our spa is very spacious. It includes several pools, four saunas (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, herbal sauna and Swiss stone pine sauna), a steam bath, infrared cabins and cosy relaxation rooms. We also offer soothing massages – pure relaxation for you.

The Feelfree Nature Resort has a total of four pools:

• Rooftop outdoor infinity pool (16 m): heated rooftop pool with incomparable panoramic views and whirlpool loungers.
• Indoor infinity pool (10 m): heated to approx. 32 °C, with large panoramic windows and a soothing atmosphere. It flows seamlessly into the outdoor pool. In summer, the sliding lock stays open so you can swim through both pools (26 m).
• Children's pool with water slide and play area: designed especially for families with young children, also heated and connected to the surroundings through large windows.
• Natural swimming pond (approx. 300 m²): biologically cleaned and ideal for a natural cool-down or a relaxing break in the greenery. In winter, it even invites you to try ice bathing.

Yes, from 6:00 pm the bathhouse and its pools are reserved exclusively for adults.

Yes, you can use the pools and sauna area free of charge on your arrival and departure days, even before check-in and after check-out.

Yes, you can also use our spa as a day guest without staying overnight. Advance registration is required, as our hotel guests have priority.

You can book either a day pass (Day Spa, 2:00–9:00 pm) or an evening pass (Evening Spa, 6:00–9:00 pm). Both options include access to the 26 m infinity pool, the sauna area with four saunas and a steam bath, and the relaxation rooms with panoramic views. That way, you can enjoy the same relaxing atmosphere as our hotel guests.

The Ötztal is a paradise for hiking, mountain biking, road cycling, rafting and canyoning, climbing, swimming in Lake Piburg and much more.

There are plenty of activities for children, including the supervised WIDI Kids Club with a daily adventure programme, the WIDIVERSUM Hochoetz with puzzle and adventure stations in the mountains, and a children's pool with a slide. Indoor play rooms, an adventure playground and family-friendly nature and water experiences also invite kids to explore.

The Ötztal is perfect for skiing and snowboarding, for example in the nearby ski areas of Hochoetz-Kühtai, Gurgl or the Sölden glacier ski area. Cross-country skiing, snowshoe hiking and tobogganing are also popular activities that let you discover the valley's winter landscape.

Yes, the free ski bus stops right outside the resort and takes you to the Acherkogelbahn valley station in just a few minutes. You can buy your ski passes at reception.
