The history of the Feelfree Nature Resort is inextricably linked to that of the Amprosi family. Back in the 1950s, the grandparents of the future resort founders Alois Amprosi and Monika Rieder-Amprosi ran a mountain inn in Mareil, which was known for Grandma Maria's extremely warm hospitality. The fond childhood memories of this time and their parents' private room rental business in Oetz have left a lasting impression on the siblings.

Katharina Amprosi-Leiter
The soul of the house, passionate hostess and true gourmet. Katharina runs the restaurant, looks after the team and ensures that both guests and staff feel completely at ease - only then she is happy too.
Florian Amprosi
Energetic, creative and with a big portion of heart. Florian manages the figures, develops projects and provides a breath of fresh air in marketing. As a fan of sustainability, he does everything he can to make the resort even more environmentally friendly.
Alois Amprosi
Founder of the Feelfree Nature Resort, lawyer, outdoor pioneer and host with handshake quality. Alois combines tradition with vision and is still happy to contribute his experience - when he's not out on his lawn tractor.
Monika Rieder-Amprosi
Co-founder and long-time companion of Alois. She ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and passes on her knowledge to the next generation with calm and experience.
Michael Amprosi
The family's outdoor expert. Michael runs the Feelfree Bike Center in the Resort, the Snow Fun Center with ski rental in Hochoetz and the outdoor sport company Feelfree Outdoor Professionals. If you're looking for action in the Ötztal, you're in good hands with him.

Two generations, one philosophy
For the Amprosi family, ‘Feelfree’ also means a smooth transition from one generation to the next. The siblings Florian Amprosi and Katharina Amprosi-Leiter have grown into the business and their management role over many years - and can continue to count on the support and expertise of the ‘seniors’. At the same time, they can gradually step back and make room for the fresh energy of the younger generation.
