Majestic mountain peaks of gneiss and granite, serene alpine meadows, and the soothing sound of streams flowing into turquoise-blue lakes – the entire Ötztal is a true source of energy. At the Feelfree Nature Resort, hikers, bike fans and nature lovers come together, all united by their passion for the Alpine landscape.

From serene alluvial forests to the eternal ice of glaciers, from the highest church village to the stunning Aqua Dome, the Ötztal is full of natural wonders. But in the end, it’s not just the facts that matter – it’s the authentic experiences. And in the Ötztal, you’re sure to find them.

What's on your wish list for the perfect holiday? A long bike ride, swimming until your arms feel like lead, or a hike to the peak of exhilaration? Whether you crave action and adrenaline or complete relaxation, at the Feelfree Nature Resort, you don't have to choose. Here, everything is possible – and then some.

Lake Piburg

Nestled in a hollow above Oetz, the crystal-clear green waters of Lake Piburg reflect the surrounding forests and the majestic Acherkogel. Nature lovers, hikers and swimmers can recharge their batteries here. No wonder this treasure is one of the oldest nature reserves in Tyrol - true beauty needs to be preserved.

Der Stuibenfall in Umhausen im Ötztal

Stuibenfall

Near Umhausen, Tyrol’s largest waterfall cascades 159 meters into the valley, with its mist soaring high into the sky – which is how it got its name, Stuibenfall. An impressive sight that you can experience up close on the steel steps and suspension bridge.
