Why source ingredients from far and wide when so many passionate local producers and farmers provide the finest quality right on our doorstep? Guided by this philosophy, we cultivate strong partnerships with local suppliers—from those in the immediate vicinity of the resort to carefully chosen producers across Austria. Chef Marco and hostess Katharina are always in conversation, constantly on the lookout for new ways to bring ‘eppas Guets’ (something delicious in dialect) to our guests.

Genuine Tyrolean cuisine makes careful use of the available resources and creates delicious culinary highlights all year round.
