Here you will soon find useful information for your journey to the Natur & Aktiv Resort Ötztal, about payment methods and the most important things from the fine print.

1. Registration
You can register your journey personally, by phone or in writing. With your travel registration on the basis of our brochure you offer us the conclusion of the travel contract. The binding conclusion of the contract comes about through the acceptance of your registration in the form of our booking confirmation (written or oral). If the content of the booking differs from your registration, we have a new offer to which we are bound for 14 days. The binding contract is concluded if you declare your explicit acceptance or make a down payment within the deadline. The applicant expressly assures that he will make the booking in the name and power of attorney of the registered travel participant.

2. payment
After receiving the booking confirmation / invoice, please transfer the deposit shown on it. The balance payment please transfer us no later than 6 weeks before departure. Travel services that are booked shortly before departure (usually about 6 weeks before departure) must be paid in full immediately upon receipt of the booking confirmation.

3. Scope of services
The scope of the contractual services can be found in the booking confirmation or the total invoice created on the basis of your request. In the absence of these written confirmations, the scope of services stated in the prospectus valid for the booking period shall apply to the prices stated in the prospectus.

4. Resignation by the customer:
You can withdraw from the trip at any time prior to departure. In your own interest and to avoid misunderstandings, we strongly recommend that you declare your withdrawal in writing. As a substitute for the travel arrangements and expenses, we can demand a percentage payment of the travel price, taking into account the following structure depending on the proximity of the resignation date at the start of the journey - in any case at least a processing fee of € 40,-:

from 6 days before departure 90%
in case of withdrawal by non-arrival on the day of travel 100%

5. Replacement persons
Until the start of your journey, you can be represented by a third party during the journey. Resulting actual additional costs are at your expense. We may object to the change of persons if the third party does not meet the special travel requirements or if legal regulations preclude them.

6. Unused services
If the travel participant does not use individual travel services for any reason whatsoever without prior written notice of termination, there will be no refund of the travel price or down payment. It is at our discretion in hardship cases (illness, accident, etc.) for individual exceptional travel services. To give vouchers, if we are notified in good time of the non-use of travel services. We recommend you get travel cancellation insurance.

7. Transfers
If this is possible, we make every effort to rebook travel services after conclusion of the contract. Should this result in additional costs for us, these must be replaced.

8. Resignation and termination by the organizer
We may rescind the contract or terminate the travel contract after commencement of travel if the traveler continues to disturb the conduct of the trip regardless of our agreement, or if he behaves contrary to the contract to such an extent that the immediate cancellation of the contract is justified. If a participant is unable to cope with a company due to a misjudgment of its performance, the same applies. In the case of tenders with a fixed minimum number of participants, we have the right to withdraw from the contract up to one week prior to departure if an advertised or officially stipulated minimum number of participants is not reached.

9. Termination due to force majeure
If the journey is made considerably more difficult, endangered, impaired or if the security of the customer is no longer guaranteed as a result of unpredictable force majeure, both you and us can cancel the contract after considering a possible time delay or suggesting an equivalent replacement program , If you cancel before the start of the trip for the reasons mentioned above, you will receive back the paid travel price. Another claim does not exist. If the reasons stated above occur after the start of the journey, the travel contract may be terminated by both parties after checking for a possible time delay or an equivalent replacement program. If the contract is terminated, we can demand appropriate compensation for the tour guides already provided or to be completed at the end of the journey.

10. Liability, limitations of liability
We provide the contractually agreed travel services with the care of a prudent businessman. With all enterprises the participation takes place on own danger. The organizer assumes no liability or liability for culpable behavior of our employees (in case of intent or gross negligence). For compensation claims as a result of culpable behavior of our employees on our part is an adequate liability insurance.
We are not liable for performance disturbances in connection with services that are merely provided by us as third-party services. The travel conditions of the respective organizer are valid.

11. Obligation to cooperate
You are obliged to assist in the event of performance disruptions within the scope of the statutory provisions, to avoid any possible damage or to keep it low. In particular, you are obliged to bring your complaints to the attention of the site or our staff immediately. We or our staff will endeavor to comply with this claim, if possible. If you negligently show a defect, there is no entitlement to a reduction of the travel price or compensation.

12. Ineffectiveness of individual provisions
If one of the provisions of the travel contract is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this does not result in the ineffectiveness of the entire travel contract. Rather, we are entitled to replace the invalid provision with the permissible provision that most closely corresponds to the purpose of the invalid provision.

13. Exclusion of claims and statute of limitations
All claims for non-contractual provision of travel services must be made in writing within one month after the contractually provided termination of the travel. After the deadline, you can assert claims if you have been prevented from meeting the deadline through no fault of your own. All your claims under the travel contract lapse in 6 months. The statute of limitation begins with the day on which the journey should have ended after the contract. If you have asserted such claims, the limitation period is suspended until the day on which we reject the claims in writing.

14. Animal husbandry
Animals may only be brought to the accommodation after consultation with us and for a special fee. The guest, who brings an animal, is obliged to keep this animal properly during his stay or to supervise. Furthermore, he or his insurer is liable for damage caused by animals.

15. Jurisdiction
Place of jurisdiction for both sides is the place of the rendered travel service or our registered office.
