Additions and Information

Prices:
The prices for all room categories are per person and day and include our “pamperyourself” premium half board inclusive large breakfast buffet, afternoon snack and 4 course evening meals with various options. Prices for apartments and chalets are per day without board and apply per living unit in the relevant stated occupancy. All stated prices includethe variety of Nature Resort inclusive services.

Visitor‘s tax:
All prices are inclusive all duties except for the visitor‘s tax. This will be charged at EUR 1.90 per person and night. There is no visitor‘s charge for children up to 15 years.

Children and teenager discounts:
Children up to 5 years, who sleep in their parent‘s room, stay for free, children aged 6 to 12 get a 30 % discount, teenagers aged 13 - 16 get a 10 % discount on the stated “pamper yourself” premium half board.

Children up to 5 years staying in their own room get a 50 % discount, children aged 6 to 12 get a 30 % discount, teenager aged 13 to 16 years get a 10 % discount.

Single occupancy surcharge:
Surcharge when booking a double bedroom as a single bedroom:
EUR 13.00 per person and day.

Discount for accommodation/breakfast:
EUR 15.00 of the “pamper yourself” premium half board.

Surcharge for “pamper yourself” premium half board when booking an apartment or chalet:
EUR 33,- per person and day.

Surcharge for our large breakfast buffet when booking an apartment or chalet:
EUR 12,- per person and day.

Surcharge for short stays:
Prices apply for a minimum stay of 3 days. Surcharge for shorter stays:
EUR 10,- per person and day.

Final cleaning:
We charge between EUR 49.00 and EUR 89.00 for the final cleaning of the apartments and chalets depending on category.

Pets:
Pets like your dog are generally allowed in the Nature Resort. Price per pet and day:
EUR 7.00 (without food).

Check-in and check-out times:
The rooms are available for you on the arrival day as of 2.00pm. We would ask you to vacate your room before 10.00 am on departure day. If you would like to check out later, then please ask reception for available options.

Cancellation fee:
The regulations of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply for cancellations, late arrival or premature departure.
